By downloading, installing, or using GI Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
GI Studio is a personal health tracking application that allows you to log meals, bowel movements, symptoms, medications, and related health data. The App is designed to help you identify patterns in your gastrointestinal health.
GI Studio is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.
You may create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google, Facebook, or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of personal health tracking. You will not:
GI Studio offers both free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple's terms. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by GI Studio and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the health data you enter into the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on data shown in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GI Studio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or health-related decisions made based on App data.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
